The information for the first quarter of 2009 has just been published and Collision 1 continues to be a leader in making Customer Service a priority through out all of their member shops. Collision 1's overall scores lead the independent research firms data base in 6 of the 7 categories (and tied for the top score in the 7th) they check via in person phone interviews with Auto Body Shop Customers from around the Pacific Northwest. Collision 1 was #1 in Customer Satisfaction in: Body Work performed, Paint Work performed, On Time deliveries, Car Cleanliness on delivery, Shop Courtesy, Customer Recommendations, and was tied with the data base average for Overall Appearance with a 99.6% customer approval rating. "AUTO BODY...Like It Never Happened" is not just another fancy marketing slogan. At Collision 1 it is a way of doing business through out our organization.
